4-Day Split

The 4x full body program provides additional volume compared to the standard Booty By Bret split. It is recommended you run either the standard Booty By Bret split OR the 5x lower/upper program for 3 months prior to trying this out. More volume isn't always better, and Booty By Bret already has pretty high volume to begin with.

Only choose one glute day to perform within the week. Here is an example schedule:

Monday - Day 1

Tuesday - Day 2

Wednesday - Glute Day 1 or 2

Thursday - Day 3

Friday - Day 4
