I have been doing BBB for exactly one full year and I couldn't be happier.
Photo left is me in the gym on Oct 22, 2018. Happy with my progress, but in no way confident enough to ever walk around in just a sports bra. Photo right is me in the gym on Sept 27th.
There is only a 10lb difference here, but there is definitely a difference. I know I am wearing a shirt in the left photo but you can clearly see the physique is different. For anyone who is going to ask, I don’t track macros, I'm pretty much eating the same way I ate a year ago. Also, I had 2 years of previous lifting experience, but never looked like this.
This one is for all of the members who may be questioning the process. Keep going!!! One last thing I wanted to add. I started my full fitness journey 3 years ago starting at 220lbs, now I’m at 145lbs.
