Introduction

What exercise option should you choose during your teaser week?

Bret has included two options:

  • Option A: Fully equipped gym
  • Option B: Dumbbells and bands

Choose ONE option per exercise based on your set up, but your session can include a blend of Option A and B depending on your preferences.

During your teaser week you will learn how Booty by Bret programs can be adapted to the equipment you have available. With a full access membership, you can choose your preferred exercises from the following options (and mix and match as needed):

  • A: Full gym access
  • B: Well-equipped home gym
  • C: Dumbbells and bands
