Booty by Bret members have access to two optional pump days each month to supplement the 3-day full body program training option. Today’s workout is a pump day!
These pump days consist of circuit-style sessions focusing on the glutes, arms, shoulders, and core. While the main workouts provide sufficient stimulation for these muscle groups, the additional volume can further enhance your progress.
An added benefit is that they don’t take long to complete—anywhere from 30-45 minutes at home with just a band and lightweight household items.
