Although many of our members choose to stay subscribed to the Booty By Bret program long term, you are free to join and cancel as you wish. The minimum commitment is 1 month.
To join the Booty By Bret program simply visit the Join Now page and select either the monthly or yearly subscription option. Yearly memberships provide a 20% saving but require a 1-year commitment.
After completing your checkout you will receive an account activation email. Just follow the instructions provided in that email to gain immediate access to the workouts and membership benefits.
Members receive their workouts every 4 weeks, consisting of 3 full body workouts and 2 glute workouts. These are accompanied by detailed instructional videos and access to the exercise library.
Booty By Bret is based around the process of progressive overload. The workouts change each month, but share common movement patterns. The goal of Booty By Bret is to enable continuous long term improvements.
