Bret Contreras

Bret is a world-renowned strength coach who invented the barbell hip thrust in 2006. He has a PhD in Sports Science, is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA), has lectured all over the world, and has published over 50 peer-reviewed studies.

Coach Kevin

Since 2015, Kevin has been working alongside Bret to help evolve and refine his methods and now passes it onto the community through co-writing the programs, creating supplemental resources, and coaching on the Facebook page.

Coach Jamie

Since 2018, Jamie has been working alongside Bret to master his methodology and now passes it onto the community through the monthly real time walk-through videos and coaching on the Facebook page. She has a master’s degree in Kinesiology from CSUSM.

Coach Ashley

Since 2020, Ashley has flawlessly demonstrated all of the exercises for each month’s program and passes Bret’s methods onto the community through coaching on the Facebook page. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA) and master nutrition coach (PNL2).

Coach Laurita

Since 2020, Laurita has been the Booty by Bret Espanol manager, wearing multiple hats within the company. She effectively relays all of Bret’s knowledge to our Spanish speaking community.

Absolutely! Whether you're just starting out or have years of lifting experience, the program is designed to meet you at your level and help you progress.

Most workouts take around 60-75 minutes to complete.

Results are highly dependent on the individual, but most will see strength gains in 4-8 weeks.

Booty by Bret includes options for a full gym, a home gym with barbells and a bench, a dumbbell-and-band setup, and a separate no-equipment bodyweight program.

The core Booty by Bret program contains 3 mandatory training days per week, with options to train more frequently.

Our private Facebook group has you covered! You can post videos and get helpful, supportive feedback from our expert coaching team.

While Booty by Bret doesn't include specific meal plans, it provides general nutrition guidance to support your fitness goals, along with a macro calculator.

We offer two plans: a month-to-month membership which you can cancel anytime, and an annual plan paid upfront for the best value.
